How do I take Flow State?
Take 5 tablets daily with water, ideally at the same time each day. For days where you're extra tense, take 5 tablets in the morning and another 5 in the evening. (Don't worry, they're small!)

Will this make me sleepy?
Flow State is not designed as a sedative or sleep aid.
