30-Day First Bottle Guarantee

If you purchased Flow State directly from Taora and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for your first bottle.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@taora.com and include your order number.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will review the situation and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Additional bottles purchased after an initial refunded order

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Subscription Orders

Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling subscriptions before the next billing date.

Charges for subscription renewals that have already been processed may not be refundable.
