We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can start your wellness journey without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

We cannot guarantee that our products will be permitted for import into every country. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to modify the order once it has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Taora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review each request and work to find an appropriate solution.
