Real feedback from our first 42 participants

We ran an early product study with 42 participants using Flow State as part of their daily routine.

The result: 88% reported feeling calmer after 12 days.
Many also described feeling less tense, less reactive, and more able to move through stressful days without spiraling.

Stress doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like:

  • Being snappy or frustrated.
  • Jaw tension.
  • The 3pm overwhelm.
  • Waking up between 1-3am, consistently.
  • Feeling exhausted but somehow still wired at night.

That's the problem we set out to solve.

Hear it from our participants:

“I didn’t realize how physically tense I was I started taking this. A few days in, I noticed my jaw felt less tight. I felt more comfortable in my own body."
— Mom of 2, 34 years old

“Usually stress makes me feel buzzy, tight, and reactive. My mind races, my patience gets shorter, and everything feels more urgent than it needs to be. This felt like someone turned the volume down without making me sleepy. I still felt like myself, just calmer and less on edge.”
— Attorney, 36 years old

“I felt less emotionally ‘sticky.’ Normally, a frustrating email or interaction can follow me around for hours. During the trial, I noticed things rolled off me faster instead of ruining my whole day. I felt more resilient and less likely to get caught in a spiral.”
— Investor, 28 years old

“This gave me a very different feeling than magnesium or the calming supplements I’ve tried before. Those sometimes make me feel tired or checked out. This felt more steady and balanced. I felt focused, clear-headed, and capable of handling stress without feeling sedated.”
— Student, 22 years old

“I noticed I was taking deeper breaths without trying to. It sounds small, but it was one of the first things I noticed. I felt less wound up physically and more relaxed throughout the day, especially during work.”
— Dental assistant, 27 years old

“My body felt less clenched. I carry a lot of stress in my neck, shoulders, and lower back, and I felt noticeably looser after taking it consistently. I also had a pain-free period for the first time in a while, which was a really pleasant surprise.”
— Happy retiree, 55

“The biggest thing was not overreacting to little stressors. Things that would normally annoy me or throw me off just didn't seem to have the same grip. I felt more even throughout the day and less like I was constantly swinging between stressed and overwhelmed.”
— Startup CFO, 28 years old

“Usually when I’m stressed, I either shut down or get snappy. It feels like everything is happening too fast and I react before I have a chance to think. This felt like there was more buffer between stimulus and reaction. I felt more patient, more measured, and more in control of how I responded.”
— Marketing manager, 37 years old
